Designed for a Lush, Shady Oasis. A superb, fine-textured lawn seed created for shady, damp or acidic soil conditions. Produces a hardy, top-quality turf.... with a lush, deep-green texture.

Specially blended for shaded areas. Will tolerate moist, damp and acidic soil conditions. Can also withstand full sun.

Contains: SR 4600 Perennial Ryegrass; SR 5250 Creeping Red Fescue; SR 5130 Chewings Fescue; Creeping Red Fescue (Can. #1)
